"Had to stay in Haneda to connect for an early flight and stayed near the airport. Check in was great, our receptionist was very polite and courteous. Hotel was clean, rooms were a bit small for 2 people but very manageable. Would definitely recommend for a short stay! "

It was connected to the train station and part of a shopping complex which included multiple western and Japanese dining and shopping options. "The room was so lovely and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had issues with our flights and arrived later than expected and the staff were understanding and helpful. It’s very close to train stations and is attached to a massive mall. Highly recommend to stay here. A little side note. It is a little far from the centre of Tokyo. Taking anywhere between 2 to 3 trains to get anywhere but we really enjoyed the train rides and experience. "
