"I love everything about this property. It is so close to grocery store, beach, and what the property has to offer. I can't believe how close we are to the manta ray activities. we were also able to see the whale from our patio. It is nice and clean and spacious. "

"This place is 15-20 minutes up the hill from any beach. Do not let that stop you from staying here. Worth the drive. The condo is on hole 3 of the golf course. Great views. The pool is 100ft away. Everything is clean and well stocked. The communication with the management company was exceptional. Check in and out was easy."

"Parking in the area was very limited but we were able to check in early just to get a spot. Extremely close to restaurants and shops. Studio was clean and compact the only downside was no good location to plug in my CPAP. Minor, since I slept well without it. Would use again."

"This is the third year my boyfriend and I have stayed in this place and it has been wonderful every year and this year was no different.The location is perfect, close enough to walk downtown and far enough to be quiet. Comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay."

"There were five of us staying in the condo. It is very nicely furnished and equipped. We got off to a shaky start when the office was unexpectedly closed, so a wheelchair was not available. My husband has walking problems, but we managed to get him upstairs to the unit. Thankfully after a call to the owner, someone appeared with a wheelchair for our use the remainder of the stay. That was much appreciated. We spent hours on the lanai watching the tides and sunsets come and go. Our family...

"Our 7-day stay was everything we hoped for. We enjoyed all the amenities, the treats/snacks and most of all the privacy. After a day in town or at the beach, it was wonderful to be up in the hills to relax on the lanai. Amanda and Michael are first-class hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. Nice Place for a Vacation

"Great staff and service. Dated rooms, less than great fixtures and furniture. Lots of in room tile but very comfortable beds. Very expensive food and drinks, but most items were tasty - however the Mai Tai's were the worst I have had at any luxury resort. It's not the Four seasons or The Ritz Carlton and has limited hours for room service (strange for a 5 star resort hotel), but you also don't pay the premium price for the accommodations. The grounds were immaculate and clean, the views were incredible, the pool was great for kids and families (wish they would have a separate pool for the obnoxious and inebriated adults), and the beach/lagoon was conveniently close and perfect for swimming and snorkeling. Ultimately it was worth the trip and would consider staying there again, should our next Hawaii trip be at the Big Island."
