"Six of us stayed one night. Great location with deck overlooking the ocean. Very good amenities. Murphy bed was comfortable. A/C is not automatic so you have to request it in advance (and pay extra). We just used fans and it was a little warm but ok. Would stay here again. "

Minor things, the pools and grounds were very nice though and we spent more time outside anyways."

"This place is 15-20 minutes up the hill from any beach. Do not let that stop you from staying here. Worth the drive. The condo is on hole 3 of the golf course. Great views. The pool is 100ft away. Everything is clean and well stocked. The communication with the management company was exceptional. Check in and out was easy."

"The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything we needed. It was very relaxing. I love the lanai and it was super clean. I recommend it. The downsides of staying there included long drive to South Kona beaches, loud coqui frogs at night, roosters crowing at 3 am, and bed too soft. (I was warned about the roosters from a previous review). It was cool enough to keep the bedroom window closed, which helped with the noise. Pack your sleeping pills if you are a light sleeper! The kitchen...
