「The unit was well furnished and modern, the built-in stuff were great, but the pots, pans and fan wasn't so great. It was fully usable but it had broken handles etc. The management was also very strict, we asked for an additional set of keys and they were initially reluctant to provide one and after that quoted us first R1000, then R500 deposit. It just felt like it was overly strict, rigid and lacking a bit of that human touch which Jo'burg is famous for. Overall still a great place to stay...

「First people said no checking bevor 4:00 pm. But on website is 3:00 pm. Than direct in front of the door smelling garbage cans from the hall complex. Complete Apartment smells like a garage can. Than i beome from the owner a message Apartment 375 wait there almost 15 min. After i called him back he said now Apartment 182. But thats not all. In the Apartment cockroach. Try cancelation over expedia. He call with owner no refund. What this? This is the reason why I left expedia after 15 years...

「This place is even better than the reviews give it credit for. It's modern, spacious, and the customer service is attentive. It has a pool, and although it does not have a gym, there's a really wonderful park with running trails next door. On top of that, it's quite literally steps away from Melrose Arch, close enough to food and attractions, but far enough to be quiet at night. I've stayed in many different places in the city, and this may be my new go-to place to stay in Joburg!」

「Felt like I was scammed through false advertising... The carperts in the apartment was dirty and all kinds of smells from the kitchen area. At a stage about 10 flies spotted accross the communal room. Not sure if this establishment have local authority approval / rights to be marketed as an accommodation establishment. Also a nightmare to find parking and recevied a traffic fine for parking too long in the only parking spot I could find two blocks from the "room"... after driving around for...

「Room was clean, hotel was generally ok. Two massove issues for us. The photos and description showed a washing machine which wasnt there, if we knew there was no laundry facilities we would have booked elsewhere. Worst of all, the room and hallways smelled strongly of cigarette and cannabis, so much we couldnt sleep for both nights. There were discarded cigarette butts on other balconies. The management wouldnt change room for us.」
