From our first correspondence she was extremely helpful, interactive, wanting our stay to be as comfortable as possibe. Margaret's Place is the perfect place to spend the night before a flight, it being so close to OR Thambo Airport. We will be staying there again.」

「Check in was more difficult than it should be. The property is not a part of the actual hotel, so you can’t check it with the lobby counter. Instructions weren’t as clearly communicated and took us a while to get the keys. 」
