「I stayed in this property many times. On the negative hand, the apartments ( 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms in which I stayed in different times ) need renovation in some areas. On the positive hand, the personel is always accommodating and kind, the problem solvers are below and my Oscars go to them. Ms. Tumi Ms. Sisanda Ms. Ivy Ms. Lusanda Ms. Mokhadi Mr. Jeff I stayed 3 weeks this time and I thank you all very much again. 」

「The property is nice and clean. As a traveling guest with luggage, the only way to get to the front desk is by stairs. Due to the hotel being an apartment/hotel there’s no one to assist you with your luggage 」

「Very clean and felt at home」

「Check in was more difficult than it should be. The property is not a part of the actual hotel, so you can’t check it with the lobby counter. Instructions weren’t as clearly communicated and took us a while to get the keys. 」

「Room was clean. I liked the kitchen area. We were able to cook our own food. Nice touch having a microwave, fridge/freezer The shower invigorating due to good water pressure. The bed was comfortable. Ideal after our 11 hour journey. I would highly recommend. NB it would be great if the accommodation would warn the prospective guest to have a refundable cash of 200 Rand ready upon check-in. 」
