The water views, rustic woods, rusty metals and soft earth tones found in Bali create a tranquil spa-like ambiance which influenced the décor. Unwind with imported mango wood furniture and authentic Balinese art. Beautiful furnishings have been hand-picked to transport guests to the island of Bali without leaving the Burg. Expansive river views from the living room while you are enjoying a wall-mounted 55" inch Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime TV. Both the Kitchen and Bathroom have been meticulously finished with spa-like tile. Stainless steel appliances, and a gas stove make the fully stocked kitchen a treat to cook in.

Guests are required to fill out online/digital registration form, submit a picture of a government ID and digitally sign a Rental Agreement 7 days before check in or immediately after booking if less than 7 days before check in.

Smoking anything inside the listing including cigarettes, pot or vaping is prohibited and violators will be charged a $300 cleaning fee

Pets and Emotional Support Animals require permission from host and payment of pet fee starting at $30/night for one pet/ESA

Service animals are allowed for free but must be with guest at all times and please answer the following question for host: Do you require this service animal due to a disability? What work or tasks has the service animal been trained to perform?

Visitors and extra guests not included in the reservation are not allowed inside the building without host's permission and will be asked to leave the property and/or will be subject to extra guest fee of $40 per guest per night over two.

You have one unassigned parking space in the building parking lot and any extra cars must park on the street
