Rooms are big but a bit old. Wifi signal good. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was good. Location is good.

You get what you pay for here.
Pros:
-front desk service is friendly. for tour bookings, ensure you either have USD or dong.
-breakfast buffet had a lot of options and was quite good in terms of selection and quality
Cons:
-Room had minor mold on the walls all around the room. asked to change rooms but the other room was the same.
-place is pretty old and looks like it. you get what you pay for here. it is a 1-2 star hotel

일단 호안끼엠호수랑 10분거리이지만, 호텔의 상태는 무척 좋습니다. 백종원이 추천한 쌀국수집(퍼찌아쭈엔), 반미25, 랑 가깝고, 아침음식도 잘 나오는 편입니다.

호안끼엠호수와 성요셉성당 중간에 위치하여 지리적이점 많음, 조식도 쌀국수, 계란후라이 등도 제공해서 좋았음,재방문 의향있음
The staff was amazing. They were extremely friendly, went over and above in their respective duties. The rooms are dated, carpet torn and dirty. (The room I stayed in) Don't know about the other rooms. Room did not look anything like the photos on hotels.com. I can't say enough about the staff. They were amazing.

The Bao Khanh Hotel is a great hotel in the middle of the Old Quarter. Step to Hoan Kiem Lake The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. (We had one at the back.) The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again.
