Beach weekend get away
The room was nice and right on the beach. It’s half like a hotel/VRBO, therefore you can check in and out at the front desk, and there is daily room cleaning services like a hotel, but you still have to wash your dishes, take out trash, etc like a Vrbo. Very skimpy on providing soap/hygiene products

Great Fall Break

Fifth anniversary getaway
Love the location right off of the beach. Everyone was friendly. Someone did throw a volleyball off of a balcony which almost hit us as we were swimming in the pool, other than that we had a great stay!

Great Stay and Location
My wife and I had a quick weekend getaway and it was fantastic! The only issue we had was that we could only be issued 1 parking pass. In the information I received, it said we could purchase parking passes. While we didn’t have to purchase the one we got, I had to park my car across the street in free parking and cross the road every time. A minor inconvenience for an overall fantastic stay!

Everything was great, except for: 1)The TV in the bedroom was difficult to navigate…a toolbar could NOT be removed from the screen, despite all of our attempts on both remotes. (And my spouse works for Comcast, so he is VERY familiar with usage). 2) The slowness of the elevators. 3) Loudness between the floors. It sounded like people were STOMPING above us, when that was not actually the case. 4) The slamming doors.

Wonderful Stay!
We enjoyed our stay in 904! Check in was so easy and super convenient with just a click of a button! Just wish there was an ice maker somewhere on the premises other than the one in the fridge in the room. Check out day took a good while being there was two elevators and everyone checking out at the same time! Took us almost an hour before we were able to get on one. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Needed a place to stay as we arrived a day earlier than the rest of our family. Fairly priced, amazing condo. Clean space with very responsive staff. Will book again.

4:00 check in is normal, average and expected!!! Should b able to turn 1 bedroom condo over in 6 hrs. Obviously don’t hire enough people or can’t keep people due to lower pay. Will not rent there again

It was great for the price.
This place is an older place and you can tell it is a little run down, but we had no issues. We were on the 9th floor and the view was spectacular with the balcony. The beds were not comfy. Bunk beds are better suited for young children, not teens. The room was clean when we arrived and everything looked nice. The housekeepers each day were so nice and made sure we had towels and things needed. The beach was right out back and easy to get to. Make sure and bring your own dish soap, ziplock bags, aluminum foil and things like that. It has all the pots, pans and things needed.

Exactly as described.
Brett was very communicative and process to check in and check out was very easy. The property looked exactly as described and seen in the photos. Would definitely stay again.
