「Beautiful spot on the ocean. The Inn is run by hospitality students studying at the Community College. The Inn is on the campus. Some of the furnishings could be updated and the Wi-Fi was suboptimal, but worked with a personal hot spot. The location and walking paths were wonderful. It was perfect for us and just a short drive into downtown. Ocean birds were plentiful!」

「Great location - couldn't ask for better! Room was comfortable and had a great water view. Only option to park is $40 valet service, however, which was a bit of a surprise. We also couldn't access the pool (one of our main reasons for choosing this hotel over others) due to it being deep cleaned which was a shame. Wish they would let folks know in advance or offer a % off of total cost due to amenities not being available. Staff were quite nice and would overall recommend though.」

「While the staff at the hotel is nice and attentive, the property needs a major renovation. Our “junior suite” felt old, one of the windows didn’t work and would not stay open, some plugs didn’t work, same as 2 of the lamps, the bathroom is dark and the furniture looks old and somewhat damaged. The mattress was ok but terrible pillows. The sofa bed was horrible. We decided to leave 1 day before even though we had paid for the night. 」

「we booked the room because we wanted to stay where there was a nice indoor pool so we could relax and decompress as we had family in the hospital. There’s a sign at the pool. It says heated to 80°. The room was freezing cold. The pool is cold, and the staff basically told us that we were in Maine. We’re from Maine. The restaurant staff was horrible. There was no one in there and our food was cold when it came out and the bartender was constantly on her phone and we could hear her conversation...
