This beach front home has been completely renovated and all brand-new appliances installed. Also, new beds and mattresses in every bedroom. Home is located on the east side of the island, just before the grand isle state park. This is a less crowded area of the island, which allows one to relax on this beach front property. The covered porch is a new addition to the home, which is breathtaking! Downstairs you will find a boiling pot with propane burner and a charcoal grill along with an outdoor shower and commode.  Nearest golf cart crossover path is #1.9 Birch Lane. 

NOTE: 2nd bathroom includes shower, lavatory and toilet.  It is located downstairs in a closed in room.

Note: Island Realty has no control over the Grand Isle Restoration project which may cause parts of the beach or crossover closings from time to time.  The project as it is funded and overseen by USACE.
