「The house was spacious and slept 13 using the 2 double bunks. There is sufficient parking on site for 4-5 vehicles although no parking on the street as Rio Vista Boulevard is a major street. 「We loved staying in this house. It was perfect for our family of 6 and my parents. Great amenities and so much space. Were certainly quite a few broken things when we arrive such as the back screen door, the hot tub was empty with stagnant water in it, cuts in the felt of the pool table and broken screens in the deck area. The house is hot when arrived with no aircon (was worried with reading reviews) but it’s designed as a smart home and once you open the windows and doors up the breeze automatically flows through and it drops to a great temp. It was 32C and we were fine! It’s designed to be open and doesn’t get sun inside. Really big, and spacious living areas. Kitchen is fully equipped and bedrooms have a great space around for luggage and storing things....
