Only thing that would of made better would be the water in outdoor water park be warmer for this time of year but understandable . Will stay there every time we go to pigeon forge area "

"This hotel was just excellent. A beautiful location, bright and colorful and modern. Very clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The amenities were wonderful. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff were amazing at keeping it continually stocked up. The pool areas are truly impressive. Multiple pools, an indoor pool, hot tub and a lazy river. My nephews had a blast. I would highly recommend this hotel for families and for anyone wanting to stay at a cool clean fun hotel. "
