"This is a very nice hotel that provided a comfortable room. I didn't use room service so I'm not sure if it was available. The hotel is nearby the train station which made it convenient to visit destinations such as the Osaka aquarium. There were good local restaurants around and a convenience store very close that made this a good hotel. The breakfast was good although it was a bit expensive. "

"It was raining when we got to the hotel, and I was immediately offered a towel to help dry off. The staff spoke English well enough to understand what I was saying without any difficulty. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and had all the amenities that we needed. Only a 10 minute walk to Sannomiya Station made seeing the town a breeze. Also Kobe beef was amazing, highly recommend it."
