「あの立地でアパートとしては安いです。が、部屋のメンテナンスが必要と各所に感じました。ビル自体は、他にオフィスもあるため、防犯的には問題無しです。 景色は最高でしたが、5階までしかエレベーターがないので、お部屋がある６階までは階段。また、アパート前は広場のため、目の前にはタクシー駐車不可。アパート玄関先には数段階段があります。荷物が多い方で、運ぶのが面倒な方はおススメできません。 チェックインの対応はとても良かったです。」

「家族経営なので良くも悪くもざっくばらん。寝室にWi-Fiが届かなかったのが残念。冷蔵庫も大きく家族で使うにはコスパも良くとても満足。」

「Very nice and good sized but spare apartment. Odd stuff in some of the drawers and shelves could be cleaned out. Could also use some separate bins for sorting waste and written instructions about recycling, as are usually found in Italian rentals. Odd that there was no baking pan or sheet that could be used in the oven. Otherwise, a very good value and nice location in a relaxed part of the city with reasonable restaurants, shops, and a laundromat nearby.」

「Overall fairly good stay.. first night no heat or hot water took untl mid afternoon to resolve, but the support staff was very good about getting someone out to fix. Comfortable little place, shower extremely small, and the multiple flights of stairs with a heavy suitcase is not fun. Overall give the support and place a positive rating.」

「全体的にとても良いアパートホテルでした。スタッフはとても明るくて親切。お部屋も十分に広くて清潔で、キッチンなどの設備も問題なし。バスタブにジャグジーが付いているのが最高です！駅からは15分ほど歩きますが、ドゥオモからすぐの場所にあるので観光もしやすかったです。コスパも良いので、またフィレンツェに行く機会があればここに泊まりたいです。」

「The apartment looks just like the photos and is spacious, comfortable and clean.It is a 5 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio so is central and convenient.Gianluca is easy to contact on WhatsApp and was very helpful and responsive at all times.」

「Great location near (5 min) the Duomo, restaurants, and cafes. Walking distance to the train station (15-20 depending on if you have luggage). 3 BR, but the small 3rd BR is down a narrow set of stairs and it’s significantly colder there than in the other parts of the apartment. We were only 4, so we didn’t use that room. Floor plan is exactly as pictured. Easy check-in, but it would have been nice if the heat was already turned on as we were contacted about the time of our arrival, so it would...

「So many great things about this property including a very energetic and helpful property manager. Bedrooms are very spacious, and although the living/kitchen area is very small (as others have mentioned), it has everything you would need. Two small suggestions - the chairs around the kitchen table are very uncomfortable, and shelves to hold toiletries would be very helpful in the bathrooms since although they are very nice and modern, they are very small.Highly recommend this property!!.」
