"Excellent hotel. I was able to arrange for an early check in. Yummy breakfeast. Free shuttle from the airport. I was going to take a taxi from Bonn airport but the taxi drivers said a taxi works for the hotel. I just had to give my receipt in. Very good beds,quiet but tge covers were too hot and thus tge room was too hot. Great service."

"Happy with location, lost of places all around for food and drinks, tram stop close by so easy to get around, or only 24 minute walk from train station. Room has everything you need. We didnt have a view as looked out on a stairwell but this was a short sightseeing trip so view not needed as only in room to sleep."

"The hotel is situated in a great location for wandering round the city or jumping on the train. Comfortable beds, nice sized rooms, excellent shower and bathroom. The breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious! The pool and spa facilities were very good also. Would return again in a heartbeat. "

"豪華な朝食付きでこの値段はとても良いと思いました。駅までは徒歩圏内の良い立地にあります。クリスマスの時期だったのでお店がほとんどしまっていたのは残念でしたが、ホテル内だけでリラックスできました。午前中に外出し、14時30分頃に部屋に戻りましたが、掃除が終わっていなかったのは少し残念。新しいタオルと水、ゴミ捨てだけお願いし、その日の掃除はキャンセルしました。しかし、2泊だけでしたので、気にならないレベル。総じて日本人にもぴったりのおすすめホテルです！ "

"フロントのスタッフが、とてもラブリーで優しかったです。お部屋も綺麗で窓からの眺めが素敵ただ、ホテルまでの道は、近いのですが、旧市街地を通るので、石畳がすごくデコボコで、スーツケースが破壊されそうでした"

"When we checked in, young lady at reception was very rude and unkind. She barely functions as the hotel front desk attendant. However other members at a front desk ware very polite and kind. Room was good and clean. So, we were satisfied with this hotel."
