Awesome place to stay
Great place to stay, very clean, comfortable and located. Check in and out super easy. Great communication from Mgmt company. Only complaint is that the bathrooms are a little dark or not well lit and the curtains in the 2nd bedroom are a little too light if you are nursing a hangover or want to sleep past the morning sunrise.

Plenty of room.
Property was as listed. Yes- there are two flights of stairs and one is extremely step. So make sure all in your party are capable and careful. The extra half bath off living area on main floor was great! Communication was good. Bed in primary needs a new mattress and cleaning crew should be careful to wipe down inside of shower. (Wasn’t completely clean.) other than that, it served our purpose of one night stay.

Bid Day Stay
My family and I stayed during one of the busiest weekends of the school year. Property was clean, convenient, and close to what we needed in Fayetteville. Electricity went off very briefly a couple of times which disabled wi-fi. There also was not laundry detergent, but those were minor details. The home was lovely, well-equipped and very cool, We definitely will stay here agdib and recommend it to others!

Great Location
Super cool place to stay that is very convenient to campus and restaurants and nightlife. That also means it may not be quiet and remote if that is what you are looking for. But, you can walk 2 minutes to great restaurants and Summermoon coffee. Just a cool spot. Also, lots of stairs, so keep that in mind. This will be my first choice for VRBO in Fayetteville going forward though.

Fayetteville gem
Great property and location close to downtown square, the university and easy access to all other points of interest. We enjoyed the tucked away building and good parking. We are seniors so the stairs were a bit of challenge but the balconies in front and back made for great relaxing opportunities. The accommodations were just as advertised and the beds very comfortable.

Me and my business partner stayed here for a few nights while in the area. The property was very clean and all around great. Very quiet area just off of one of the main streets. Checkin was super simple. The host communicated with me throughout the process and checked in the see if we needed anything. I also needed to add a night and they were very easy to work with for that. Would definitely stay here again!

Location, location, location
A great condo, in a quiet little pocket of town, but close to everything. Great parking available ( we had 2 vehicles, one was a oversized pickup, no problem) Friendly neighbors (but not overly so). The condo itself was very clean & as pictured. Beds were comfortable & bedding was upscale. Bathrooms clean & supplied handsoap, shampoo, conditioner, & body wash if u needed it. (Only thing I wish they had, & I know its being nit-picky, was some hooks on back of door or wall to hang robes, towels, or toiletry bags). Kitchen was stocked with pods for coffee pot, dish soap, paper towels, spices, etc. Comfortable dining chairs & living room furniture, with big TV. Great communication from owner, texted made sure no issues getting settled in & that we had everything, or if we needed anything. Easy checkout, minimal list of things to take care of b4 we left. That was a nice change from other places i've stayed. We would definitely stay there again.
