"The hotel itself was all in all excellent. Friendly staff! Clean and great base for our family trip to Blackpool. However the bed was shocking, it was far to hard and disnt get the greatest nights sleep."

"This is our second stay at Thurnham Hall as we enjoyed it so much last time. I think the things that could be improved are: no charge for the leisure centre. It’s unclear on the website what the charges are, if they always apply etc. More clarity about how many bathrooms/ beds exactly will be provided. ..."
