「Really top notch place, a safe haven out of the really quite chaotic downtown of Catania. But still relatively close to it. Staff is really welcoming and friendly. Rooms are clean and there was also full sized fridge, which was really nice surprise. Pool, gym, etc. well maintained and clean. Parking space is gated so you don't have to stress about your vehicle either. Besides breakfast, the hotel restaurant serves lunch and dinner, which were definitely up to the task if you are hungry and...

「友人と2人で2日間宿泊のはずが、1泊オーバーブッキングのようで泊まれないと前日夕方に連絡がありました。どうしても電話で連絡を取りたがり、SIM入れ替え後のため連絡に少々難を感じましたが、連絡がついた後の追加費用なしの代替案は我々のリクエストよりも遥かに上のグレードを提供していただき、かつホテル間移動も先方費用持ちで手配いただきました。慣れない土地でどん底の気分でしたが、その後のホテルでのサービスと元々17世紀までお城だった施設自体はとても素晴らしく、なによりスタッフの信頼挽回能力には目を見張るものがありました。空港へのタクシー手配の際も、運転手に最安値で交渉してくれていました。私たちが宿泊した日がたまたま街のお祭りで、ホテル屋上からは花火が大聖堂越しに見え、バルコニーではお神輿の行脚が停留するところのため非常に楽しめました。スタッフは主張を伝えればきちんと真摯に対応してくれます。最初はただ腹が立っていましたが、終わりよければ全て良し、というのを身をもって経験しました。今後は連絡手段をメールやチャットにしてくれると助かりますが、また帰ってきたいと思える宿でした。」

「The rooms are modern and very clean and comfortable. As a solo female traveler I also felt very safe here and could walk around to the market, bakery and restaurants easily. I really enjoyed my stay and it was nice to have a shared kitchen where I could store food in a fridge and make coffee each morning. The staff is very friendly a responsive and helpful. They even gave me a ride to the train station when I left Catania. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to my friends and family.」
