「I enjoyed staying here. Unfortunately, the unit in the picture was not the unit I got as it was switched on me at the last moment. The unit I had was laid out the same, but looked completely differently. It had a much older "Vegas" feel to it. Additionally, the shower never got hot. 「We were very pleased with the rooms. Everything worked well. Valet parking was a nice touch. Gym is good. 」

「The property was clean and a great location to get UNLV for a conference we were attending. Great amenities in the apartment and on the ground. This would have been a 5 star, however it was difficult to get to sleep. Every night there were several appointments that had music thumping til 4 am, there was a fight in the parking lot, and on several occasions the police were on site for domestic issues. 」

「Wonderful stay! Upon entering you could smell that the unit was freshly cleaned. Love that the carpet had been replaced with laminate wood flooring. Headboard was also updated. Unit was neat and very clean and had everything we needed. View from the balcony was amazing! I stayed in a unit in Tower 2 last year and this unit was definitely updated and better cared for. 「I booked a 1 bedroom apartment . It was supposed to have 2 beds in the living room aside from the main bedroom. I was given a small studio . It was communicated I would have 5 adults and 1 child. 4 of us had to sleep on the hard floor with no accommodations, we had a pregnant woman and a disabled child sleeping on the floor. The manager was very rude she looked irritated with me because I was asking for solutions and she did nothing to help. No refund was given. Location is amazing right behind...

「掃除やシーツ交換等きちんとされていて、とても清潔でした。テレビが作動しなかったので、フロントに伝えたら、外出している間に直してあった。しかし冷蔵庫が、冷えていなくて(電気はついていた)伝えたが、チェックアウトまで結局直っていなかった。フロントスタッフや、ショップスタッフの応対はフレンドリーで良かったです。全体的に、清潔ないいホテルでした。」
