「Excellent 」

「古い宮殿を改造した素晴らしい雰囲気のホテルを満喫しました。ロケーションも見晴らしの良い川辺に有り、川辺の道を5-6km行けば旧市街の中心に行け、著名な観光地へのアクセスも容易です。 1点だけ指摘したいのは、部屋のバスタブに滑り止めがしてない、あるいは滑り止めのゴム版が置いてない事です。シャワー中に足を滑らせて転倒し頭を強く打って首がむち打ち症の症状になってしまいました。折角楽しい滞在だったのに残念です。」

「ホテル自体は満足ですが、車がないとロケーションは厳しい。フロントの対応は親切で、朝食もクオリティ高く好印象でした。」

「The staff and service is excellent. The individual rooms are a distance away from the lobby/restaurant, which I didn’t like so much. That, however, is secondary to the excellent staff and the large comfortable rooms. The wine tasting was extremely well done.」

「We were provided a home like atmosphere. The staff were laser focus on providing guests the very best experience. We often heard, “we’re here for you”. They certainly live up to that statement, specifically, Claudia, Barbara, and Patricia. The breakfast ingredients were fresh every day. They went out of their way to accommodate my lactose free needs.」

「Wonderful location, easy to walk to restaurants etc. great views from Roof top Bar area. More care needs to be taken with signage in public spaces as floors have uneven surfaces and drop offs with no warning. I had a nasty fall on a wet marble floor…..no signage and still bruised badly and suffering with body pain and wounds. Staff were helpful and considerate but this should not happen. 」

「Buen hotel aunque está algo anticuado en las instalaciones pero en general es confortable. El desayuno ha mejorado con respecto a los años anteriores. La zona de spa magnífica aunque está última estancia hemos notado el agua de la piscina un poco más fría.」
