"The manager and staffs are really not good. My reservation is one bedroom apartment,they put a lot of Dimethyl sulfate in the apartment.Then they gave me a two bedroom apartment (because they can poison me from upstairs and downstairs,they can pour formic acid in water tank).They put formic acid and toxic chemicals on stove,put pesticide in pot,put formic acid in water tank.Every time when I came out they enter my apartment and spray a lot of formic acid (feel like a lot).They still spray formic...

"Wish we could have stayed longer than 3 nights! Casa del Arbol is absolutely beautiful, very tastefully designed, with old elements peeking through into a very modern space with lots of natural light and fresh air circulating. The master bedroom is like sleeping in the trees! The wading pool is perfect for cooling off in the middle of the day or at night before going to sleep. Location is good, in a classic Centro neighbourhood. It is a 20 minute walk to the main plaza. "

"Great location. We had a room at the back, so it was also very quiet. Room was good value for the price. No fridhe or coffee in the room. Walkable to many restaurants and the local sites. Our one big problem was that we had only cold water in the shower for our three night stay. Also the water in the bathroom sink only came out in a small dribble. "Grateful for the 24/7 checkin, bec i needed to do an emergency booking at 9pm due to another property in the north falling through due to lack of communication and no checkin instructions provided. They were very accommodating, and also let me transfer to a bigger room w window when i saw that the first room that they put me in didnt have a window. Cute decor, interior plants made it very comfy. "

"Well maintained and peaceful home. The pool is large with a beautiful garden to look at while swimming. It has a cool history and the decor to show is amazing. We really enjoyed our stay! "

"When we arrived we were greeted with a small army of cockroaches, crawling on every surface of the house and in every room. To find that we had to pay to exterminate them. After having to personally dispose of the hundreds of cockroaches. We learned that there was no gas flowing to the range so we were unable to cook. The bed in the master bedroom was rock hard, we are pretty sure that it was just a box spring with a topper. There's a lot more going on but you can get the point. Perhaps...

Our stay in Merida

"Beautiful hotel, clean, and in nice area. Restaurant staff, housekeeping and bell hop staff very nice and helpful, however front desk staff not very friendly, barely smiles and seems bothered when you attempt to ask the questions. Hotel is about 30 mins from El Centro, so had to take a taxi to get to the action and vibe we were looking for. "
