「I hate even saying what a wonderful stay it was because then my secret will be out. The host was accommodating and easy to talk to. The house is in a wondeful location, beautifully decorated with little thoughtful touches throughout. Better than the pictures and you really did feel like you were coming home! 「Hemlock Haven was a great spot to enjoy the Adirondacks, even in the middle of winter! We enjoyed the cozy gas fireplace and used the grill outside. A perfect location close to the beautiful Caroga Lake. We would love to come back next year! 」

「8 college friends gathered at this property, a short drive to Sacandaga Lake. Large fully stocked kitchen, dining room seats 10, living room with fireplace and TV, plenty of sleeping space. Was easily able to communicate with owner and hope to return soon.」

「Rustic cabin. Small beach is 1/4 walk. Nice outdoor area at cabin. Limited outlets, none in bathroom. Heating consists of a few space heaters. One AC upstairs in flex room and some fans. Nice furniture and appliances. Glad we could bring our dog.」

「Lovely weekend - House was very nice. Clean and well furnished/amenities. Fire pit in back was nice - firewood is available for a cost - but we found some in the woods. Directions were tough as the map on VRBO is not accurate. Host did reach out about it - but we all drove past it the first time! Appeared to be up near Jockeybush trailhead but was quite a bit south. Overall a lovely place and we had a great weekend.」
