I arrived past midnight and left early in the morning, I originally booked the standard twin room, when I got to my room my bathroom was flooded, I called the front desk and within 5 minutes they came up to give me the key to the new room which was upgraded. Upgraded room was very comfortable so had an excellent sleep. Excellent service, would highly recommend it. "
