The staff was courteous and professional. The property had complimentary airport shuttle, mini-bar (sodas, juice, water and full breakfast menu. 2 restaurants on property with delicious food. My only complaint is the dust, staff could dust a furniture and wash or paint stains on the walls.

There was mold in the bathroom. There was no transportation from the airport to the hotel and no one answered when I called to inquire about the transportation.

I disliked that I had trouble following directions for shuttle pick up - ie go to area G - there is no area marked as G as are the areas ABCD and E - disregarded by receptionist (would suggest this sign has been covered by renovations taking place) - noted that I did find area however lack of signage forced me to get taxi with minimum charge of 21E. I disliked that my 3 attempts at phoning hotel were met by incorrect instructions and each and every one cut off. I disliked the attitude of the receptionist when I attempted to explain these difficulties. I disliked that there was no coffee sachets (only tea). I disliked that when contacting reception (as directed on hotel instructions) to request same was advised they don’t give coffee as they set up a coffee machine in the morning and people need to go downstairs to access their coffee that way. I disliked that had I wanted to make tea (as there was a kettle provided) there were no cups available. Finding an old sachet of coffee in my bag I made coffee by resorting to using a glass. I disliked that I was a captive audience regarding food - none available within walking distance of hotel. I disliked that when I went to restaurant for dinner I found only one vegan option and stated I would just like the vegan pizza that was advertised on the room service offer - was advised not allowed and talked into having vegan paella - the tomato bread beforehand I must say was delightful however did not find paella very pleasant.

Booking a night @ BAH was the best thing I did for my long layover getting back home! The included room amenities like water, coffee/tea, bathrobe and slippers made the stay convenient and relaxing. The breakfast in the morning was great! The restaurant had a great ambience. They had shuttle service back and forth from the hotel to the airport. Best way to have tackled my return home!

This hotel was just what we needed before our flight back to the states. It is very basic, but clean and quiet. The restaurant options were just right for us. It’s nothing fancy, but close to the airport for a brief ride on the hotel shuttle to reach our terminal.
