The view was amazing. Only in London could we get that view. Beatrix, thank you for the warm welcome with a glass of bubbly. Martin you are truly the best bartender a guest could ask for. Olga your customer service is five star. The hotel is amazing on the inside and out. We've traveled /visited New York to Hawaii...

"We had a fabulous stay at the Gainsborough. The whole experience from start to finish was perfect, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and the bed was super comfy. We used the spa 3 times during the stay and it has fantastic facilities - my only one point of improvement would be to fix some of the jets in the spa so they’re all working!
