"It's been a while since we last visited Mission Hills and it was such a nice surprise to find that there are just so many more things to do here now. The place is still beautiful and relaxing and the services remained professional and engaging as before. With a quick ride on the free shuttle bus we got to this new shopping complex, MH Mall. Man, it had everything there. So many dining options, including our favourite, Haidilao hotpot. We walked around the mall and found some interesting places...

"The service at reception was great. Kindly curtesy manner and good attitude with his services. So it gave you a good impression before you walk into your room. Room is specious and with good mattress. Breakfast was great and people were very nice. On the whole they are excellent hospitality. "Unfortunately not my style. A bot over the top and feels like a film set for Dynasty circa 1980. Very strong smells reminiscent of a leather-jacket clad, mustachioed, aviator-sunglasses wearing drunken uncle, again, circa 1980s. Overall though, not bad. Just a personal preference. The lady at check in overcharged me but called and rectified the mistake before I noticed. So honest, polite, and decent enough. "

"Checking in was sooo bad . I arrived at Grand Hyatt at 4pm n expected an instant check in but lo n behold , there was no room avail yet. There was no explanation either. Worse they could not even confirm when the room would be ready n also refused to upgrade me to another room .. I was told to return later n without any time frame . It took me 1/2 hour of badging them to get a room at 4.45pm. Looks like Grand Hyatt overbooked their rooms n made regular room clients suffer for it.,"
