"What an amazing property! My friend and I had an incredible stay. We upgraded to Star level and were not regretful. The staff spoiled us the entire week we were there. Henry was our concierge and he made sure everything was perfect for us every day. Such a nice man and always willing to go the extra mile. The property itself is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and well laid out. We left our vacation feeling pampered and refreshed and we would definitely recommend staying here to anyone. Ask for Henry when you do. You’ll love him too! "

"Great value for money. Sure it is a little dated but the cost reflects that and the staff make up for it. The staff are very kind and helpful. Breakfast includes rice and beans which was good for us as vegans. Also coffee and fruit. Filtered water available all day long. There was no fridge in the room but there was ice available at the restaurant. Very convenient to grocery stores and rrstaurants. "

"This place is amazing! It is beautiful, and the grounds are so well kept by the hard working, friendly, workers! The food is fantastic!! A huge thank you to the chef, Christian! He helped my husband find gluten free options, and even prepared special foods for him. He was very kind, and offered delicious meals! We loved the beech, and always found place to sit in the shade. The pool was also great, in a beautiful setting, with a nice swim up bar! We really enjoyed our stay at this resort!!"

"This is the best Four Seasons I have stayed at. The staff are all extremely friendly and accommodating. I love the WhatsApp chat for easy communication. The surf school was a hit with the kids and they loved the ropes course/zip line expedition. The food is all really nice quality and I like that there is no single-use cheap plastic cups around the pool, it's all nice drinkwear. Nightly my kids enjoyed the free offerings like churros station, s'mores, ice cream buffet,etc. They also loved the teen club to make bracelets and play basketball. Bahia restaurant was great - shout out to Cheeky (best server!) and Beto. "
