Bad area. No hot water. Horrible customer service. I am still waiting on a refund from this place. I’ve called three times. Twice no answer. The third time I was told to call at 1 p.m.

Dirtiest Room Ever
The room was advertised as two quuen beds, it was only one. The room was absolutely not cleaned properly and the bathroom was atrocious. The towels that they had laid out for the room were dirty and the sink looked as if it hadnt been cleaned in ages. The pictures speak for themselves. This motel should be taken off the list until it gets its act together. The app shouldn't even advertise this at all.

Unfulfilled Promises
I am very disappointed in the hotel losing my "confirmed reservation". Even after I called twice in the days leading up to our arrival. I was assured I not only had a confirmed room but I was assured I would have a 1st floor room after I stated multiple times we would arrive late after our 6 hour journey. I received a printed confirmation and upon arrival, I showed it to them.
We arrived after midnight as we stated we would but they claim they lost my reservation and asked me to wait (30 minutes) while they figured it out. Then they told me they could not offer me a comparable room. So, exhausted and trying tostay awake, I had to travel to 2 more hotels before finally getting a room after 1:30am in the morning.

Did not like it at all they said that I didn't even make reservations or they could not even find it I would like for you to reimburse my payment and put it back on my card we did not even stay
