Here are some helpful rules and guides for you to enjoy your stay!
There are speed humps on the street; please be mindful while driving.
There is a light switch to welcome you into the home to the right of the front door.
Kitchen & Dining: You may find the kitchenware in the cabinet and some cooking ware.
Keurig is on the counter and coffee, creamer and sugar packets can be found in the cooper tins or in the cabinet.

— CHECK-IN —
Standard check-in is after 4 pm CT and checkout is anytime before 11 am CT.
If you require an early check-in or late check-out, we may accommodate based on availability for a fee of $75. Please message us for further details.
For security reasons, the door code will not be available to you until the day of check-in.
Please be sure to upload in messages, your photo ID 48 hours before check-in. Check-in instructions will not be available until the ID is uploaded. Thank you!
— LINENS —
Respect Towels & Sheets. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products.
— FIRE/NO SMOKING RULES —
The fire extinguisher is located below the kitchen sink.
No smoking, incense or smell infusers of any kind, please!
This will result in a $300 fine and an additional cleaning fee.
There is an outdoor fire pit in the backyard. We do not provide firewood. ALWAYS ATTEND FIRES — Make sure the fire pit is out before going in for the night. Safety first. Thank you!
— LAUNDRY —
The washer & dryer are located in the laundry room/kitchen. There is plenty of laundry soap and dryer sheets. Please be mindful and remove any lint from the dryer if you use them.
— TRASH CANS —
Trash Bins are located out front to the left of the home . Feel free to neatly dispose of your trash mid-stay! If you stay longer than one week, please help to put the garbage at the end of the driveway Sunday night and pull it back to the garage on Monday afternoon/evening.
Outside trash litter and debris left outside of the trash bin will incur a fine of $500.
— GLITTER ME NOT ;) —
Due to a chronic cleaning issue, glitter is no longer allowed as decoration in our home. If my home is returned to me with glitter to clean up, it will result in a $100 fine and may result in additional deep cleaning fees. So please please PLEASE do not decorate with glitter :) This rule includes no confetti and no tape on our walls — Thank you!!
— PETS—
We happily welcome pets with prior authorization and payment of a pet fee. The standard pet fee is $125 per pet, which may vary depending on the pet's size and fur/hair type. To maintain a clean and comfortable environment, pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and couches. Any evidence of pets on furniture will result in a $200 fee.
Pets should be under the owner's control at all times, either through command or on a leash. Stains or signs of dogs urinating or defecating in the home will incur a $250 fee. Please note that bringing pets without prior notice will result in a charge of $250 plus the normal pet fee.
If you have a service animal, please inform us in advance. For therapy pets, valid documentation must be submitted before arrival. Thank you for understanding and adhering to our pet policy.
— NO VISITORS, GATHERINGS, PARTES OR EVENTS—
We are happy to accommodate all our guests, however, for legal and insurance purposes we cannot allow unauthorized visitors, gatherings, or events. All guests, including friends or family who will be in the home at any point, are required to be in the guest count at the time your reservation is made. Guests who allow unauthorized persons on-premises will accrue a $200 fine per unauthorized guest and the unauthorized person(s) will be considered trespassing.
— CAMERAS —
We have exterior cameras to monitor the exterior of our home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and will result in a cost of $150 per violation and may, at the owner’s discretion, result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents.
— TO REMOVE SHOES OR NOT —
We kindly ask that you be mindful of the weather outside, and not track in mud, excessive leaves, or any snow that will melt.
— DAMAGES & EXCESSIVE DIRTINESS —
Please try to leave the home in the condition it was in when you arrived. Our cleaning fees are set based on a “courteous guest”, therefore excessive dirtiness and/or damages to the home or property will result in a minimum additional fee of $75 for the booking guest.
— CHECK OUT —
Any tidying up is appreciated but not required. You will not lose a 5-star rating for not making your beds.
Please take the trash out before you leave.
Turn off all lights.
Place any used towels in the washer
Load the dishwasher with any dirty dishes
Kindly pick up after any furry friends that may have stayed as well.
Lastly, all we ask is that you lock the door behind you when you leave!
