「From the minute we arrived, Iveca and his family did everything they could to make us feel welcome. The apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped and with wonderful views from the balcony. Relaxing by the beautiful private pool was a highlight of the holiday as was the delicious meal that Iveca cooked for us. The location was fantastic, with beaches and cafes in walking distance. Villa Knez and our hosts were perfect in every way! 」

「Other than the comms beforehand the place was excellent for a family stay. On the beach with a private pool. Three large ensuite bedrooms. Really well laid out and very well kept with a barbecue on the terrace. In terms of location it's quite good. 20 mins from split airport but not under the flight path. 「バス停がすぐ前。レンタカーで来たが駐車場はアパートの裏手の坂を登ったところにあり、入り口まで坂を下りてまた階段を２階登らなければならなかった。バルコニーからの眺望が良い屋根裏部屋。キッチンの窓がベランダに向いていて、食事の出し入れにちょうど良かった。部屋の電球が壊れていたり、タンク式なのでお湯が出なくなったりもした。ちょっと寒かったが、アパート前の緑色の海は波が穏やかで泳げた。２食付きで予約したが、夕食はまあまあ。スープとメイン（２種類から選択）、それにデザートのセット。飲み物を勧められることもなく、ビールはミニマートの2.5倍の値段。朝食はビュッフェでおいしいが、野菜類がない。周りのレストランはほとんどやっていないが、ミニマートが敷地内にあるので便利。前のビーチバーで自転車、バイク、ビーチパラソル、ベットなどを貸し出している。」
