"As this was my first trip to China and I chose this hotel without any direction or knowledge of the property I will say this. I really was treated by the staff excellent and enjoyed their friendliness and their professionalism. I couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. "Excellent hotel in a very convenient location. The service in all areas are all outstanding (above and beyond). The restaurant on the 25th floor is very good with a variety of selection. The dinner buffet was delicious!! Also, special thanks to Daisy at reception on the 25th floor for her outstanding service!! It was truly a very enjoyable stay!! "

The manager went beyond my expectations and was also there to help me with daily excursions, translations and even helped me purchase a speaker last minute and have it shipped to the hotel in time for my daughters water polo game. 100% satisfied and would highly recommend this hotel. "We were happy with our stay overall. The room looks a bit outdated, but it’s well maintained and clean. Comparing to other Chinese local chain hotels, the quality of the room and service is much better, especially the breakfast, it had many varieties for both Chinese and Western styles, very good breakfast!
