The staff was very friendly and the room was very neat and cleaned. I have no complaints. Their breakfast was good too.

Overall the hotel was nice and i mostly enjoyed my stay here. However, the lobby had a very strange odor that smelled like sewage and the hallway to my room wasn't in the best condition considering it was on the first floor. The room we stayed in also did not have a microwave and a limited number of outlets. I just think it's a bit unacceptable considering the cost that we paid for our room.

No pull out couch. We need one and the booking said there was one. The pool is closed and it is over 90 degrees. Would have enjoyed swimming. Same price though. Disappointing. We have stayed here for years on our way to vacation. This will likely be our last.

The sign at the hotel states the property is under renovation ... I don't know how far a long the renovation is I can only review based on what is being presented to me. But based on what I saw the lobby area is very very tiny ... the elevator needs maintenance ASAP. The whole look of the building is just seems like a new make-up on an old building ... Hyatt should have just teared the whole building down and build a new one.
