"Poor service. We checked in at 10.30 pm and I asked what time the bar was open until and was told it was closed, they were still serving! In the morning, housekeeping entered the room at 9.00 am and we were still sleeping. I informed reception but they did not speak English, eventually someone came who spoke English and said it was my fault as I didn’t put the do not disturb sign in the door. They were not interested at all."

"The property should not be classed as a hotel as a tiny room in a block. The bathroom is so tiny that showering was not pleasant.. However the shower power and temperature was good. The decor was not nice. But for somewhere you just want to sleep and are out for the whole day and most of the evening it was fine for us and due to price I can't complain. The breakfast at the hotel opposite was excellent and staff were really friendly there. "

"I really like that it's possible to sleep with multiple adults in one cabin while having your own 1pers. bed. What i don't like is that there is a dishwasher and a kitchen, but no dishwasher blocks and no tea towels."

"2 adults one child went. Shared a comfy double bed which was bigger than a uk kingsize. The hotel staff were fantastic, the location (one stop from Disneyland, less than 2mins by train) was perfect. Room was good, could have been cleaner as you could see dust around the kitchen area, floor looked like it hadn’t been steam cleaned/mopped, we didn’t use the sofa bed as it didn’t look very clean or comfy, bathroom fan didn’t work but was only there for a few days. "Very cool vibe as soon as you walk in. Love that the front desk was very friendly, spoke great English, and someone was always there if we needed anything (although we didn’t). The room was affordable and had everything we needed. Modern but good. Small bathroom but great lighting, hot water, and had counter and shelf space."

"Restaurant and bar good and reasonably priced. Breakfast very good, lots of choice. Staff very helpful. Free shuttle to Disney made it so quick and easy to get there and back. Excellent stay, would stay there again."

"Felt really safe in this area travelled with a small child and was able to utilize the hotel shuttle to get to Disneyland and train stations. The bus stop is right outside the property as well easily accessible and able to get to the shopping areas or Disney freely and safely "
