「I loved this property! We went to the cabins to celebrate my birthday. We knew ahead of time that the cabin we rented did not have AC, however, I called the owner to let her know our ETA, and we found out the cabin with the AC (runs on a generator) was available, and she was so accommodating and allowed us to stay in the comfort cabin instead. 「We had a wonderful stay. The camper is stocked with everything you need. Beds were comfortable and the AC kept us cool. It is also in a quiet neighborhood on a large property. We had our 25 ft boat with us and had plenty of room to park it. We would stay here again!」

「The lot is as described. Plenty of room for parking boats and vehicles. A short walk to the ballpark where kids played basketball. Also a short walk to The Shrimp Boat restraunt. Nice and quiet street. Will stay here again!」

「 The house was perfect for our family. I loved sitting on the deck and listening to the fish jump in the river. Super quiet street - just the escape we needed - yet close to everything. We enjoyed the kayaks and the large yard. We had trouble with the front door keypad but Phil was super apologetic and took care of it immediately. We would definitely stay here again! 」

「Thank you for letting us stay at your rental home. We found everything that we needed and then some! Your place makes a wonderful family get a way. We enjoyed kayaking and canoeing and searching for the Manatees. They did find us and it was a very wonderful experience. We enjoyed being right on the river. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds are comfy. We had a relaxing time. 」
