"Clean and well kept, and as described in listing. The hostess is lovely and responsive. Staying on the waterway was very interesting and access to the boats made the stay even better. We all enjoyed paddling around with the manatee and other wildlife which is plentiful. Wade fishing at the end of the main road was excellent. Great value for those who value nature."

"Our dad hosts a family vacation every year and we love coming to FL in March to escape the cold. This was a great house that our whole family enjoyed. The house was clean and well stocked. Patty was easy to work with and answered our questions. Plenty of kayaks for the whole family to enjoy the water. We saw manatees and a variety of fish. It was close to the Springs - beautiful water and wildlife. Everyone had a great time and would come back again! Thanks Patty for sharing your house! "

"The hotel was very nice. I never felt unsafe and the staff was friendly. It was convenient as it is only three minutes from launch area and 10 or so minutes from homosassa state park and 15 mins for stores for shopping needs. Free breakfast is a plus!"

"We had a wonderful time staying in Crystal River! We loved being able to fish from the dock in the back yard. We caught a lot of fish! We also enjoyed the kayaks that were provided. We saw manatees while out kayaking in Kings Bay which was only a short distance from the rental. The Host always got back with any questions we had very quickly. And the rental had everything we could possibly need while staying there."

"This property is away from it all. However, when we ventured out everyone was friendly. The on-site manager, Jennifer, was very welcoming and helpful. We had our 15 year old grandson and he would have liked to have more to do. He did kayak down the stream and saw a manatee, so that made it all worthwhile."

"This place is very nice. The rooms are dated and the floors were dirty. Otherwise, very friendly staff and an excellent view from our room with a balcony. The pluses far outweighed the negatives. We would stay again! "
