「Beautiful 15th century villa , with manicured grounds . Restaurant was excellent, but rather expensive . Bfst was excellent. 4 km out of Lucca on Busy highway , so couldnt walk into town . Partially offset by a bus route appropriately 600 meters from property. Enjoyed walks in the countryside. Loved our stay overall !!」

「室内へ入室する際のカードキーやセキュリティボックス、シャンプーコンディショナー、ボディソープ等のアメニティが充実していたのが良かった。 外音はほぼ聞こえないがホテル内部の物音は良く聞こえる 朝食は要望すればミネラルウォータをもらえるし出来立て大きめサイズのクロワッサンがとても美味しかった。 旅行客として残念なさと思った項目としてはエンポリ駅から結構な距離があること。」

「This hotel's owner, Debora,treated me with kindness. And beautiful furniture and clean room was very comfortable. I feel I wanna stay there more. And I was able to have a good memory there,Thank you Debora.」

「城壁内としては駅から近く（10分程）スーツケースを引き摺って歩ける範囲。人通りの多いところから少し外れるけれど、だからこそ静かで落ち着くところでした。そもそもルッカは小さくてのんびりした街なので何処もそうかも知れませんが（笑） 建物はイタリアらしくいい感じに古いですが、水回り等は新しいので何も問題はありません（水の出も良いし、お湯もちゃんと熱い）。朝食も最低限のものは揃ってるし、外でとる朝食はリゾートにいるかの様でした。城壁も近いのでフラッとお散歩もしやすいです。 どのスタッフもとても感じが良くて、ルッカに行くならもうココ一択です。 本当にお勧めします。」

「駅や中心街からは遠いがスタッフの応対は親切。部屋には冷蔵庫やポットはないが、食事は朝食時の食卓を使わせてくれた。こちらの注文にも誠意を持って対応してくれた。」
