Enjoy a variety of games, including ping pong, pool, darts, basketball, and life-size Jenga—ideal for friendly competition and creating lasting memories.

Outdoor Activities
Step outside and enjoy a variety of activities in the beautiful outdoor space. Unwind by the fire pit with comfortable seating, or relax on the wraparound porch, which offers plenty of seating to take in the fresh air and surrounding nature. After a long day of exploring, soak in the 4-person hot tub or let the kids run around in the fenced-in yard. Whether you're cooking out on the grill or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings, there’s something for everyone to enjoy outdoors at High Meadows Manor.

Guest Access:
Each of our vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guests’ stay will be provided the day prior to your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, our team would be happy to assist.

Getting Around:
High Meadows Manor is easily accessible by standard vehicles—4WD is not required to reach the property. However, if you're planning to explore the local attractions, scenic spots, or nearby nature trails, we recommend having a 4WD vehicle for added convenience and ease of travel. While the property is comfortably accessible, a 4WD will enhance your experience when venturing into the surrounding areas.

House Rules for High Meadows Manor

By booking, all guests agree to the following house rules:

No Parties: Parties are not allowed.
Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours starting at 10:00 pm to 8:00am
Outdoor Music: No music is permitted outdoors.
Guest Age: The guest booking must be 25 years or older.
No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed on the property. If you wish to smoke, please do so off-site and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Any evidence of smoking will incur an additional cleaning fee.
Pet Policy: We welcome pets with prior approval at the time of booking. A fee of $125 per pet, per stay applies for up to 2 house-trained pets. Pets must be supervised outdoors and are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Please bring your own crate, bedding, and leash. A dog water/feeding station is provided. Thank you for helping us maintain a pet-friendly environment!

Lawn maintenance is done every other week and is required. We cannot schedule lawn maintenance around guest stays, please know maintenance may be done during your stay and lasts about 30 minutes or so. The lawn maintenance team does NOT have access to the home.

EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES HURRICANE POLICY: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor during the dates of your stay specifically for the county in which the property is located, the extenuating circumstances policy will be in effect, and we will refund any deposits or payments paid by the guest. We shall have no additional liability concerning the reservation. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued, then THE STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT SHOULD THE GUEST CHOOSE TO CANCEL THEIR RESERVATION. If inclement weather in any other part of the country or world during the dates of stay prohibits or alters the guest (or any individuals in the guest's group) from traveling to the property, a refund will not be issued, and we shall have no liability with respect to the reservation. During months when there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance.
