"This is a beautiful property directly across from the Disney Concert Hall. The staff is very attentive and helpful. We requested a room with a view of the concert hall and the front desk clerk was happy to make that happen. The room was in great shape, with lots of nice features like a blackout shade that closed and opened with the press of a bedside button. The onsite restaurant is convenient but surprisingly spendy."

"Great location downtown. The staff was excellent, kind, and very accommodating. The hotel is charming, although if you are older or have bad knees, getting out of the bed is very difficult due to how low to the ground it is. Also, the shower and bathroom walls are glass, so there is zero privacy and the whole room can watch you shower and use the toilet. Good to know if you are traveling with friends haha. I would stay here again."
