Our stay in 302, a dog friendly room, was on 3rd floor - which required walking from 2nd to 3rd floor. which is important to know for late night dog trips out. But that is not what will preclude us from staying there again. The pet friendly room is in GREAT need up new sheets, new bathroom mirror, a deep cleaning , chipped tub repair etc. To be price competitive, much work is needed for that lovely location room. It felt shabby instead of lovely.
