Summary:
Welcome to Anchor Landing! This beautiful home is located in the Château Cove community with GORGEOUS VIEWS of TABLE ROCK LAKE here in the fun-filled city of Branson, Missouri! Space for your large group will not be a problem in this large 3-story home that can sleep up to 35 PEOPLE! 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms allow for everyone to have their own space while the large kitchen, 2 living rooms, and 3 BACK DECKS provide all the opportunities you want for everyone to be together!

The Space:
The HOT TUB, 2 FIRE PITS, pool table, air hockey, foosball table, shuffleboard, and arcade game offer something fun for everyone!!

Guest Access:
The whole home is all yours for you and your guests! You will also have access to all the neighborhood community amenities including the indoor pool, the outdoor pool, the playground, and the walking trail down to a little cove of Table Rock Lake!

The Neighborhood:
The well thought out neighborhood also provides endless opportunities for memories to be made! Just a few houses down is the INDOOR POOL complete with a sauna for the adults, umbrella fountains for the kids, and large glass garage doors that can open up with more views of Table Rock Lake for everyone! Out the front door of the house and up an outdoor staircase is the zero-entry OUTDOOR POOL where there are more umbrella fountains to enjoy, lots of lounge seating, more views of Table Rock Lake, AND the neighborhood PLAYGROUND for all the little ones!! Then, at the end of our street is access to Table Rock Lake! Enjoy the short wooded trail down to the neighborhood’s SECLUDED COVE! Bring your poles if you want to go FISHING, bring your floats if you want to go SWIMMING, or bring a lawn chair if you just want to sit back and ENJOY THE VIEW!

Getting Around:
Location at this home could not be more ideal to enjoy all that Branson has to offer! Take your group out on a boat from Château MARINA (3 minutes away) or the State Park MARINA (10 minutes away)! Go swimming at MOONSHINE BEACH (5 minutes away)! Have a fun-filled day at the city’s old-fashioned theme park, SILVER DOLLAR CITY (10 minutes away)! Or enjoy an endless amount of activities on the BRANSON 76 STRIP (8 minutes away)!

Other Things to Note:
CANNABIS AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE POLICY: Usage of cannabis (marijuana) and any other federally prohibited drug is not allowed on or near the home, property, or premises. Further, any / all guest(s) may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to recreational or medical cannabis on or near the home, property, or premises. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Guests forfeits their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.

Great Family House
If looking for a place to stay with a large family or group of friends this house has a great layout with bathrooms with each bedroom. Two dishwashers so no need to do dishes by hand. Game room was a hit with the kids! Had a nice night sitting by the fire pit!

Sweet Summer Heat
The Branson area didn't disappoint and the house was everything we needed for our large group. Even with the heat, thhe hot tub at night, fire pit for smores we are hit with the kids. The games we well played and the access to both the indoor and outdoor pools were frequented many times. Close access to beaches, boat rentals and all the many attractions and food options made this a perfect house for our vacation!

This was perfect for our family reunion. Kids of all ages had a blast with all the amenities! Outdoor deck was great watching the deer and enjoying the sunset over Table Rock lake. The house was awesome!

Everyone in our group were super impressed with the property. They said to make sure we always stay here whenever we go to Branson. I was really impressed how well stocked it was especially with soap and shampoo. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Beth's breakaway's
We spent the weekend with our children, and a sister and brother-in-law. The house was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the King size beds and the spacious rooms. The view from the deck was great. Especially the top deck has a view of the lake. Our family really enjoyed the Pool. It is big roomy and not crowded. I would recommend this as an excellent place for a family get together. the Gary Boeckner family

Wonderful!
What a great place! Surpassed all of our expectations! We really appreciated all of the special touches (full sized shampoo and conditioner, fluffy towels, plenty of extra paper products). The management company was very attentive through our stay, checking in during our weekend to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be back!

Branson’s Best
The place was perfect and well maintained. We were impressed by the upgraded shampoo and conditioner instead of the usual dollar store things found in other properties. The children games were a nice touch. We had an issue with the fire pit and they sent out there handy man on Christmas Eve! He made the day with his humor when he diagnosed the problem as user error. So he taught us how to use it and reassured us we were staying with Branson’s best in service!

Excellent Home to Stay
The House was perfect for our family getaway!! Very spacious, Great Location, Hot Tub was awesome to sit in at night!! Kids loved the indoor pool and games downstairs in basement!! Kitchen had all things needed to cook!! Loved the bunk rooms & that the bedrooms had bathrooms!! Would highly recommend staying here for big families, friend groups!!

Just a perfect property for the family
This is our second stay at this property, and it was just as enjoyable as the first. The location is perfect, and I am always amazed at the luxurious appointments provided. We wanted for nothing- all that we needed was there! Kids enjoyed the hot tub, and we had a wonderful bonfire in the evenings. The only negative was a door that did not lock properly. Adam and his team do a wonderful job.

Family Getaway
We really enjoyed our stay at this 10 bedroom property. I will tell you that this house by far exceeded our expectations. We had 9 adults and 5 children and there was more than space and bedrooms to accommodate everyone. The Kitchen is stocked with everything you need from plates, cups and utensils for cooking and/or bbqing. The bathrooms are stocked with plenty of towels and even soap, shampoo and conditioner which was a very nice touch. The basement has plenty of entertainment from the games in the pictures and a poker table which was a family hit. The hot tub was amazing and the outdoor pool table was also a hit. The views from the 3 different decks are amazing. Finally, the location is absolutely perfect. Silver Dollar City is just up the road and the entertainment on the strip is close as well. If you have a big group then look no further this is the perfect house.

Great for Large Family Gathering
This place worked great for our large family group. SO GOOD for all 8 bedrooms to each have its own private bathroom; and the 2 bunk rooms as well. It was very clean and had lots of common space for hanging out and catching up with each other. There are games for everyone, a well-supplied kitchen for cooking, plenty of parking for all our cars and other amenities as well. It’s just a short drive to a beach, marina and downtown Branson. Any small issue we may have had was quickly taken care of. It was exactly what we needed and we feel fortunate to have been able to stay there.

Big family get away
We rented this beautiful 10 bedroom house for our family of 23 (my parents and 7 siblings with family) and loved the amenities provided for the children in our group (age 1-10). The game room was amazing. It allowed the kids have a room to be loud and the adults a place to actually have a conversation without screaming over the sound of kids. The location is close all prime sights and the kids loved the fishing area within walking distance to the house. We had a great time.

Extended Family Vacation
This is the first year our extended family of 24 decided to go on a family vacation. This property was the perfect place for us! It had plenty of beds and gathering places, was close to Branson so we could enjoy shows and Silver Dollar City, and the pool and hot tub were great! Would highly recommend!

The host was very attentative always keeping us updated on information we needed. Place was awesome there was nothing I would have changed. It was literally 15 min to all popular attractions in Branson. Rate 1-5 I give it a 10!

Wonderful home with a great layout for a large family gathering. The pool was perfect for the kids, and the home feels new and was very clean. Checking in and out was a breeze. Will definitely try to stay there again if we go back to Branson.

Amazing property
