「First of, the condo is still under construction as stated by owner. The pool is not operable and not sure about the other amenities which i did not use. When I first arrived getting in was a bit confusing since the parkings main entrance for our building was closed due to construction. The only entrance was down by the first 5500 building and Bonita beach road street which was a long way around but not too bad. Apartment is a bit old but very nicely decorated can’t really complain for the price....

「All good. Very personal attention to our late check in. All very easy once we figured it out. Get a parking pass the first day. Dah. Read the welcome instructions. Grounds still a little tough from the hurricane but totally understandable. Easy to find and close to everything. Close to the beach and a great beach bar. 」

「The Unit was Great! The Construction made if confusing to get in to the Unit for the first time, since we did not arrive until about midnight.」

「My wife and I were pleasantly surprised at the accommodations. For the price, we expected a middle of the road place. This condo is great! Well decorated, CLEAN, has everything you need (the full kitchen is great), and is a 1 minute walk to the beach. We were very happy with our stay. Lisa has everything you need for a great vacation! The location is also quiet at night- something that is very important to my wife. 」

「The condo we stayed in was good for the price we paid. Easy access to the beach. Pool was not open. Whole complex was under remodeling construction. 」

「Mostly good things about this property; newly remodeled bathroom and kitchen. Beach chairs and wagon available. Easy walk to beach. Easy walk to Coconut Jack’s and Doc’s restaurants. The one negative thing was the furniture, everything was mismatched and overcrowded. Still a lot of hurricane damage to the grounds.」
