「The stay was fine I didn’t like that we only had a few towels for our stay for The whole week. We had to wash everyday. We also found a syringe on the floor and beach chairs would have been nice. Not enough seating in the tv area」

However, we experienced an instance where our room door “magically” unlocked and while it was unlocked we had another resort guest come into our room thinking it was theirs. It took the manager using a different key card to get the door to lock again. The situation was explained away as “we have a glitch in the locking software, and at times it randomly unlocks doors. 「We really loved the location and it was more than enough room for 6 adults. The chairs were a great touch. Close to everything while also feeling like you aren't in the chaos. Only feedback would be that it would be nice to have additional chairs on the balcony. With 6 adults, there were only 4 chairs on the balcony. Other than that, everything was great. Staff was super nice!」

「Property is great. Very convenient to everything. The only complaint was this units bedroom configuration. 3 bedrooms together, instead of 1 on one side of the gathering room, and 2 on the other. And the pillows were horrible. Hard as a rock. 」
