A brand new log home (construction completed in 2024!), this cabin will wow you with its terrific location just off of Main Street in Bethlehem, a stone's throw from some great restaurants (Rek'lis Brewery is less than 2 miles away!), and just 20 minutes from the great ski resorts of Bretton Woods and Cannon Mountain. A gem of the North, Bethlehem, once a mecca of mountain tourism, is seeing a renaissance with its great restaurants and shops, quaint main street with a fantastic view of Mount Washington, the Colonial Theater, its famous golf courses, The Rocks, an ever growing bike trail system, events and concerts, and much more. Just a short drive away, you will also find the award winning town of Littleton, and countless options for outdoor activities year round, from amazing parks, hikes, waterfalls, to the Cog Railway and other scenic railroads, to kid-friendly attractions such as Santa's Village, StoryLand, Clark's Trading Post, the Lost River Gorge, and so on. You could spend several weeks here and not run out of things to do! And the cabin is pet friendly, too, so your four legged friend can join in on your adventure!



The home itself will welcome you with 4 bedrooms, plus an extra sleeping space in the loft above the living area, 3 bathrooms, a beautiful gas fireplace with a stone hearth and surround, vaulted ceilings and a beautiful log home feel that will take you away from it all. Newly added deck furniture and a gas grill make enjoying the outdoors accessible and comfortable. And if that's not enough, the lower level has been updated to include a large sectional, TV and game table. Because the landscaping is not yet done, the primary entrance is currently through the lower level common area. On the same level, you will find another bedroom with a King bed, and a bathroom with shower and laundry facilities. On the main level you will find the open concept kitchen/dining/living area with vaulted ceiling, a beautiful gas fireplace, TV and comfortable couches, and modern appliances to meet all of your needs. While there are lots of great restaurants nearby, you won't need to go out if you don't want to - the kitchen is fully equipped! On this level you will also find two Queen bedrooms, each with a bed, and a bathroom with shower. Finally, the top level includes an open loft with two twin-over-twin beds, and an additional king bedroom. A bathroom with shower is also available on this level!

-Guest will be required to sign a rental agreement to comply with insurance requirements. You can view a sample agreement on our website.
-Check-in: Any time after 4PM; Check-out: 11 am. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts subject to $100/hr fee.
-No Unauthorized Guests or Pets: Guest and pet count must match the number in your reservation. Please let us know if the number has changed. Unauthorized pets or guests subject to $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. Absolutely NO PARTIES without express authorization. Pet fee for pet friendly units ($100/pet per stay) is not included in Airbnb quotes.
-Quiet Hours: From 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., please keep noise to a minimum. During the day, please make sure noise levels are low enough not to bother others, and never leave a barking dog unattended! No fireworks on property. A $100 fee may be imposed for violations of these rules.
-No smoking inside the unit; $250 fee for violation.
-We are in Bear Country! No trash or food is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations.
-Some of our homes are equipped with exterior cameras for security purposes.
-We have relaxed our cancellation policies. However, please note that there will be no exception to these policies, for no reason, no matter what the circumstances. Travel insurance is available on our website and from a variety of other sources; it is the traveler's responsibility to decide whether to protect their purchase or not. Due to contractual obligations with property owners, we will not be able to make any exceptions under any circumstances.
-Our homes are in rural locations in the North Country. We live in a beautiful environment surrounded by pristine natural habitats, and share this land with a variety of animals. We do our best to ensure a proper balance between pest control and health concerns and appreciate your patience if a critter may find its way in. Our team is always available to come take care of it. To help prevent issues, please refrain from leaving doors propped open and avoid leaving food in open space which could attract rodents and/or insects.
- Rates are based on standard occupancy of 2 guests per bedroom. Additional guests, if allowed in the specific property, incur a $25/per person nightly surcharge. As long as the correct number of guests is provided at booking, this is included in the total rate shown at booking! Children under the age of 2 do not count toward occupancy.

Solar Eclipse Viewing
I rented the house for 2 nights in order for us to view the solar eclipse. My original plan was to stay one night but decided to add a second night after receiving an offer from the property manager via text that was too good to pass up. Our party consisted of three adults and three children. My only complaint is that no one had shoveled the snow from the entrance or stairs or deck. We had to walk through snow to get into the house. I then shoveled the stairs and deck myself so that we could use it to view the eclipse. We must have been one of the first renters because there wasn’t even salt and pepper in the kitchen. Otherwise the house was clean and fully functional
