「it was a very irresponsible service, where I made the booking on 27th October for 11th December, 45 days prior (booking confirmation 133489232195). Since their Head Office didn't forward the booking details to the site. They refused to accept my booking, since they have over sold the rooms. After showing the evidences, they were trying to offer us a horrible location as an alternative and argued with me that the Credit Card payment was not made by them, whereas it was debited in October...

「The Grand Argyle Resort & Villas was a beautiful location. Our room was very clean and spacious. The food was excellent and the staff were extremely kind and accommodating. There was a pool table located upstairs and an outdoor pool, however, it was not clean enough to enter. We did enjoy walking around the property and site seeing. The area offers spectacular views! I would recommend this hotel to others! 」

「+++ Absolutely magnificent place with a wonderful history. The wooden features are beautiful and the bedrooms are outstanding. Wonderful snooker table and fireplaces. 「It is unique and super in every way. The staff are fantastic. Big thank you to Dominda who went out of his way to help. The trip to the waterfall and swim is a must do. 「Excellent staff who give you personalized service」

「Sanjaya went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. He provided a takeaway breakfast at 4.45am when we wanted to go to Horton Plains and always made sure we were okay. Lovely secluded stay!」
