「７階のパノラマビューの部屋にとまりました。部屋からは、街の中心地の広場、教会、登山列車の乗り場になっているホテルが綺麗に見えます。昼間も夜も素敵な景色が見れますが、山の天気は変わりやすく、霧が出れば何も見えなくもなります。部屋の設備には、とても良いと思いますが、タオルがバスタオルしかなく、しかも使い古されていてとても汚かった。 タオルさえなければ最高のホテルだと言えます。 また、現在道を修理しているので、車でホテルロビーまで乗りるけることは出来ません。」

「The property was very nice and one of the best in Sapa. The room had all the amenities and the balcony was huge. The room was very spacious and the bathtub was a highlight. All the best shopping and eating places were nearby. However, the staff was not very friendly and behaved rudely on many instances. Also, the breakfast had very few vegetarian options, please keep that in mind.」
