"Friendly staff, quiet room, comfortable room, there is a playground for the kids nearby, big park, U-bahn 5 minutes from the hotel. But the door to the bathroom was from the glass and very heavy, we couldn't even close it properly. The room was very clean and I've found some hairs in the bathroom and on the bed."

"Everything was perfect except the noise. I think if they have a double pane window that would be a lot more quiet. You can hear people talking on the street ( if your room is in the street side) But other than that staff were awesome, very helpful and polite. They room condition is also great. "The staff at this property were absolutely phenomenal, especially Renata who was incredibly welcome and a pleasure to speak to! There was a Greek restaurant just around the corner from the hotel that was mind blowing, do ask about it! I loved the Bluetooth speaker setup in the room, unfortunately the smart TV features didn’t work in my room, though I was here for one night so it didn’t negatively impact my stay in anyway! Would definitely recommend this hotel to others. "

"The hotel is very easy to get to using public transport and I was made to feel very welcome by the receptionist who checked me in. The hotel is nice and quiet, despite the main road out front and the breakfast buffet is substantial and varied. My only complaint: I did notice the hot water was occasionally not available but being May I didn’t suffer too much and the outages didn’t last long. Otherwise, a pretty faultless stay."
