"For a 4 star hotel, it lacked basic amenities such as toothbrush. It was so short-staffed that when you request minor house-keeping item, the guest has to go down to the front desk since there's only a single staff to manage the entire building overnight. What if there's an emergency? There's no concierge staff to help with your luggage. The guest has to haul the cart all the way to the room and reverse the process to check out. The overall atmosphere was so down that it was not much better than...

"The property charged $60 per night for valet parking which is the only option for parking which doesnt make sense, also ther are no microwave in the rooms. Other than that the stay was good! "
