「Nous n’avons pas pu venir suite à des intempéries (tempête de neige dangereuse) mais l’hôtel a été très compréhensif et très rapide en réponse à notre annulation. Nous avons été remboursé sans aucun problème car nous avions prévenu la veille. Si nous avons à reprogrammer un séjour à lake placid nous ferons appel à eux sans hésiter. 」

「My husband and I arrived after driving many hours, and part of that was through a certified blizzard. The woman behind the desk was efficient, but not friendly. She barely said a word while checking us in except for relaying information. When we asked for a dining recommendation, she answered us quickly and left. The room was comfortable and clean.」

「Nice big parking lot. Building is older and showing some wear and tear. Did find stains on one of my towels. However for the price I feel I got exactly what I paid for and didn’t expect it to be a 5 star resort. I’d definitely stay here again 」

「Nice place to stop on the drive across the U.S. along 81 or 77. Pre-check-in grabbed a beer & an Italian sandwich downtown at the Moon Dog Brick Oven which stocks 7 Dogs Brew Pub beer offerings. Price, breakfast offerings, desk reception service & room conditions were all great at this SLEEP IN overnight stop.」
