「Comfortable beds with soft sheets, slightly outdated but well-maintained. Spacious rooms and less than five minutes to Placid. When we were there, there was a sign on the pool saying it and the spa area were out of order until further notice. 」

「My only question is that the card I used for incidentals still has a pending $50 charge on it and it is very difficult to speak with anyone about it. They gave me a number to call, but it is automated and won’t move forward because it can’t seem to get my itinerary number from me when I state it orally or key it in. Very frustrating part of how hotels seem to operate.」
