"All are good. Location is perfect. Staff are nice, pleasant and helpful. This is required to take off shoes when entering the hotel which is not convenient. Others are good. Will come again."

"Hotel is a few minutes walk from subway station that is 2 stations from Sendai Station. It is walkable from endless shopping, restaurants, and bars. Sendai City Museum and Sendai Castle is a couple miles walk if you are ambitious enough. 7 11 is right around the corner. Hotel is smaller room of course. Larger lobby area. Has AC that can freeze you to ice in August. It is a nice no frills clean reasonably priced hotel. Be aware the chain has a couple of hotels in the area so use street address...

"The toilet was somewhat small, and there was a step at the entrance that caused me to trip a few times. The breakfast was nutritious and offered a variety of options, though the selection remained largely the same with only minor daily changes. Overall, the service and hospitality were excellent."

"A wonderful stay at a great hotel, at an extremely good price. Extra special thank you to Sato-san and Koike-san for their very kind help with some important paperwork! We're delighted to say they helped us get married in Tokyo a few days later, and wrote us a lovely note too (Thank you Sato-san. Come on your Spurs!) All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We cannot fault this hotel and would absolutely book again! "

"Close to Sendai station, nice people. bath spa was a little small, water a little cool for my tastes. 4 ppl in spa felt crowded for me, for instance. Not a big deal if you dont use. Laundry services are a little more practical than other places ive stayed, though"
