I had a great stay at Quest Hotel and Conference Center in Cebu. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They consistently went out of their way to assist even without being asked. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, which made the experience even better. One of the biggest perks is the location. It is right across from Ayala Mall, making it very convenient for shopping and dining.
However, the rooms are quite dated compared to the photos and feel a bit tight. The air conditioning was also not cool enough for the weather during my stay. Despite these things, the staff and service were so exceptional that I would still return to this hotel the next time I visit Cebu.

Excellent stay & wish we could have stayed longer. The resort is so luxurious that it is quite breathtaking to explore. The staff were friendly & caring, & did a surprise honeymoon set up in our room for our first night. This was a very relaxing, private & quiet place to stay. Direct private beach access, with 2 spacious swimming pools (each with adult & child sections with different depths). Lovely tropical landscaping that the staff were thoroughly looking after. Extensive & delicious breakfast buffet. Awesome on-site Japanese restaurant. Perfect for relaxation, families & picture perfect photography.
45 minutes trip to the city with limited complimentary shuttle trips. Prices for food, beverages, activities & spa treatments quite high.
