Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was disappointing. The check-in process was uncomfortable—after providing my driver’s license and credit card, the staff member returned my license but then made a phone call while holding my credit card, speaking in another language and looking at it for several minutes, which felt inappropriate. The lobby was dark with an unpleasant odor, and both the lobby and hallways were freezing. Amenities were lacking as the pool was extremely cold, and the hot tub was out of service. Upon entering the room, I noticed spills on the coffee table, a dirty bathroom counter, and what looked like vomit on the toilet front. The bedding also appeared very worn. Additionally, the lamps were outdated and didn’t allow room for charging blocks to be plugged in, and there were no USB or USB-C outlets available. The breakfast was also pretty skimpy. With some attention to these details, this hotel could provide a much better experience for guests.
